The Taiwan Foreign Correspondents’ Club (TFCC) will be hosting Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr Lin Chia-Lung (林佳龍) for a members-only briefing on November 12th.
Minister Lin is the Foreign Minister as well as Vice Chair of the Taiwan Foundation for Democracy and Chair of the International Cooperation and Development Fund. Previously, he served as the Secretary-General to the President, Ambassador-at-Large, Minister of Transportation and Communications, and Mayor of Taichung City. He completed his Ph.D. in Political Science at Yale University, and previously earned three Master’s degrees in Political Science at both National Taiwan University and Yale University.
The session will be moderated by TFCC chair and Nikkei Asia correspondent Thompson Chau.
