The Taiwan Foreign Correspondents’ Club will host Huang Kuo-chang, newly elected leader of the Taiwan People’s Party, for a briefing at the Regent Taipei on April 1st. The TPP is the third biggest political party in the country’s national legislature and holds the critical seats to determine what budgets, motions and bills get approved by a majority of lawmakers.
