On January 2, 2024, the Taiwan Foreign Correspondents’ Club (TFCC) kicked off the new year with a panel discussion titled “Taiwan in 2025: What to Expect in Politics and Security” at NTU’s Liang Kuo Shu International Conference Hall. The event explored Taiwan’s political and security outlook for the year ahead and its implications for global security and world order.
Panelists included:
- Enoch Wu, Founder and Executive Director of Forward Alliance
- Kolas Yotaka, Former Presidential Spokesperson and Lawmaker
- Alan H. Yang, Executive Director of the Taiwan-Asia Exchange Foundation (TAEF) and Professor at NCCU’s Graduate Institute of East Asian Studies
The discussion was moderated by TFCC President Thompson Chau.
The event was conducted in English and open to both TFCC members and non-members.
